These terms govern purchases made through this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Prices and tax
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown as a separate line before payment. Orders shipped outside the EU are invoiced without EU VAT; import duty and local tax are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Formation of contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock error, pricing error, delivery restriction — we cancel it and refund in full.
3. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. Our own returns policy extends this to thirty days and does not affect the statutory right.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the point of order, except for bank transfer, where goods are dispatched once cleared funds are received, and cash on delivery, where payment is due to the courier.
5. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
