REVION is fourteen products. That is the whole company. Here is what we hold ourselves to, written plainly enough that you can hold us to it too.
We revise instead of releasing
A new product has to earn its place by doing something the existing fourteen cannot. Everything else is a revision: same name, same price bracket, quietly better. Transit is on revision four. Pulse is on revision two. When a revision ships we say what changed and why, including the part we got wrong the first time.
Repair comes before replacement
The two-year warranty is a repair warranty. Send us a bag with a failed zip and you get the bag back with a new zip, not a different bag. Straps, ear pads, cables, buckles and hardware are stocked for at least five years after a product leaves the catalogue, and sold at cost.
Where the money goes
Roughly 38% of what you pay is the landed cost of the thing itself, 12% is shipping and duties, 18% is the people who design, test and support it, 9% covers returns and warranty work, and the rest is tax and the margin that keeps the lights on. We do not spend on paid acquisition, which is why you probably heard about us from someone who owns one.
Materials, without the poetry
Recycled 400D nylon where abrasion matters. Aluminium hardware where plastic would eventually fail. Closed-cell foam rather than felt in anything that protects a laptop. Cork and vegan leather on the desk mat because both wear in rather than out. No leather, no PFAS-based water repellents, no mystery “technical fabric”.
What we will not do
- Invent a discount by raising the price first.
- Run a countdown timer on a product we have 400 of.
- Sell your address to anyone, ever.
- Describe a €24 cable as “engineered for creators”.
