Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the Berlin studio the same afternoon.

Shipping is free on German orders over €75 and EU orders over €150. Outside the EU, import duty and local VAT are charged on arrival and are not included in the price you pay here.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason or none. Used is fine. Scuffed is fine. Repacked badly is fine. Email the order number and we send a prepaid label for EU addresses; elsewhere we refund the return postage against a receipt.
Refunds land on the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Earbuds are the one exception: for hygiene reasons we can only accept them back with the seals intact.
Warranty
Two years against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery. We repair first. If a repair is not possible we replace the product; if it is no longer made, we replace it with the closest current equivalent. Wear from normal use is not a defect, but tell us anyway — it is how revisions happen.
